The Vanguard Sum total Bond Market is an index fund that tracks US bonds as a whole. It is very sensitive to interest rates. If interest rates go up, this fund will go down. If interest rates go down, this fund will go up.

There are bond ETFs (like BLV). I understand of no other ETFs that will react to long term bond yields.
