Every occasionally I see complaints about Obama "causing" the stock markets to move by opening his mouth, the reference is to the Dow Jones Industrial Norm of 30 stocks.

Anyone who blames the president for ups and downs on the DOW in all probability doesn't know what the S&P 500 is and has no real understanding of how Wall Street operates.
