I am unfixed to NOVA in June, with the current housing meltdown, I am going to rent at first. Any insights as to the housing market?

How can you sell a house that is well priced but is not getting any offers in Northern Virginia?

Our lodgings is the lowest priced comparable townhome in its area, gets a few visits every weekend, but no offers. It has been on the market almost 90 days. Realtor feedback is that it shows well. Any ideas?
You quite don't want to here this but here goes anyway. There are only a few reasons why homes don't sell in a market as dynamic as the one we have been in. The # 1 reason is that they are over priced, #2 bad finding or something wrong with it #3 poor
