It might be change one's mind. You do not have to worry about someone stealing the GLD. You do have to worry about someone stealing the metal.


Buy genuine Gold, Do not take paper certificates as the Gold backing them in most cases does not exist. Buy the Physical stuff.

Is it a visitors in the US that sells gold. I tried looking for information on google, but i only came across their financial statements. What exactly is it?


It's an ETF that tracks gold and represents the earthly value of the precious metal.

I have it on a screen and track it throughout each day as it's the best indicator of where the metal is heading and, of course, how the US dollar is faring.


It's not a visitors per se. But the company that owns that ETF, invests in Gold. And that's what that account is made up of. The ETF tracks gold (and GLD is one of the best, if not THE best at tracking it). Many people dont have thousands of dollars
