This reasonable started a few days ago.I ran scans deleted cookies and no help.Have Norton,Windows defender.
It sounds like Norton is blocking it. Try succeeding in to Norton's settings and configure it.

Even before the pre-store opens, CNBC has stock quotes on a crawl at the bottom of the TV screen.
Are those after market quotes from the previous trading day?
This morning, they showed a quote for DIS Disney up about $1.50.
Their quotes start showing at 5 am - earnest time.
Europe and China bought us up overnight.
They are buying us low, and selling us high overnight.
