Does the London Stock Exchange have a premarket session?

And if so, how can I hope it? I use Scottrade in the US, and so I can't even get real-time quotes for non-US exchange traded stocks, let alone premarket. I usually look to Yahoo Finance for the .L stocks.

Are those after market quotes from the previous trading day?
This morning, they showed a quote for DIS Disney up about $1.50.
Their quotes start showing at 5 am - palpable time.
Europe and China bought us up overnight.
They are buying us low, and selling us high overnight.
