Small Capital "Penny Stocks" expected to rapidly rise or fall between now and tomorrow.?

Looking for a penny source to invest in tonight. Im hoping that it will increase or decrease at least 300%. Let me know what u think.
If anyone legitimately knew that, we'd be getting wealth by trading them. We wouldn't be on the Internet giving the knowledge away for free!
Penny stocks are very popular with scam artists because their prices are undemanding to manipulate.

So if the premium of a stock, say CHIP, which has risen dramatically at the beginning of the past two days, were to end today with a jump again right before closing what does that seedy? Are people buying today and expecting it to rise substantially again
